New dashboard with direct access to CODE-DE support

As part of the changes in resource management, the interface for registering, requesting and managing cloud resources will also change. In Future, users will be able to create and manage support tickets via the interface.

The support area on the new interface provides:

  • Notifications of maintenance issues,
  • Ability to create support tickets,
  • Overview of your support tickets and resource requests.

In this context, we recommend that you participate in the online seminar "New resource management on CODE-DE".
